I'm a tutor based in Tampa, Florida who graduated from the University of South Florida. I majored in Biomedical Sciences, and minored in Biomedical Physics.I'm experienced with mentoring small study groups because that how my colleagues and I worked during our medical education.Here are the subjects I'm adept in tutoring in: Biology, Science, Anatomy, Physiology, and Pharmacology.During my days with my study groups, we helped each other learn our lessons better by testing each other, doing practice work, taking notes, going over lesson questions, designing diagrams, and breaking down complex ideas into simple ones. This illustrates my belief in how learning should be. People should collaborate and find a solution that helps them understand difficult problems better rather than just memorizing reading material.My goal in life is to continue learning about and contemplating many science topics. As a matter of fact, I'm doing that already by pursuing my MBA in Healthcare Administration at Davenport University, and working towards my medical degree at St. Matthew's University.When I need a break from tutoring and studying, I like to unwind by reading books, sailing on beautiful waters, and watching movies. (My favorite book/movie genre is science fiction.)
